If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not use these websites. How Does It Work: Raes Essentials of Life (REOL) provides services and products at affordable prices. We are individuals and families who come together to decrease unnecessary costs where possible and to receive the best possible services and products. We depend largely on our volunteers who help to make this possible for everyone. Volunteers receive a 5% refund on their orders after they have performed their volunteer activities. This is our way of saying Thank You to those who choose to volunteer. There is NO penalty for choosing not to volunteer but there is also NO discount. We are always looking for volunteers to help with the receiving, sorting, and delivery of orders. If you would like to be a volunteer, please email us at volunteer@reol.me and put Volunteer - [type of volunteer i.e. delivery, sorting, receiving] in the subject line. WE VERY MUCH APPRECIATE OUR VOLUNTEERS! ORDERING: To get started simply register online to open an account. Once you become a member, there is no obligation, and you will be able to place your order for products or services online. The website is updated with products and prices every week by Friday. You will have until Monday evening midnight to place your order. We in turn place the order on Tuesday, receive the products on Thursday and deliver them the same day right to your doorstep between 4 pm and 9 pm. This way your order is always fresh and alive. DELIVERY: Delivery day is every Thursday between 4 pm and 9 pm. (Exceptions may apply due to holidays. If this happens you will be notified by email.) If you will not be home during delivery times, you may leave a suitable cooler that your order can be placed in. REOL will not take orders back to the warehouse or be responsible for orders left outside for any length of time. So please be sure that you have suitable arrangements for delivery of your order. PAYMENT: All payments are due upon ordering and are made by using PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member but have the option to pay through your bank or your credit card. We do not accept cash. OUR GOAL: Our goal is to provide a great variety of fresh organic foods that are affordable. We feel that this is a win-win situation for everyone and will contribute to the health and well-being of our community. SPECIFIC TERMS FOR REOLS SUBSCRIBERS: The following terms apply specifically to users signing up for an account. REOL is a completely optional, value-added service offered by Raes Group of Comapnies. Visitors to the site have the optin of becoming a member at anytime while visiting the site. When you choose to pay submit your account, you will be automatically billed using PayPal. We only accept PayPal as the means for payment to keep your financial informaiton secure. PayPal has already taken precautions and is setup for the security fo your information, therefore we do NOT need to keep any of your financial information in our database. You do not need to open an account with PayPal to pay for yur order.
